Why do we so bad at World Cups?
I don't get why we do so bad in the tournaments.
With the exception of 91 and that narrow loss to Australia we've been an embarasmment.
There's been three other quarter-final hammerings and two other failures to get out of the group.
In the meantime Wales and even bloody Scotland have got to semi-finals!
What gives?

reply to big jim!
get real!!!!
our natural position in world rugby is a 'div 2' team.
div 1 = Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, England, France.
div 2 = Ireland, Wales, Scotland, Argentina
div 3 = samoa, tonga, usa, fiji, japan.
div 4 = the rest
our natural position to expect is quarter-final. if you consider the number of registered players we have the fact that we do so well is amazing.
may i ask you a question, big jim? what was the last ail match you were at?
